We strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our Licence Coupans (keys). Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

1. 1. Return Eligibility
   Returns are only applicable if a request is made within 7 days of the delivery of keys or invoice date, whichever is earlier. • Returns will only be considered if the key provided does not function due to a technical error attributable to us.
2. 2. Non-Returnable Situations
   No returns will be issued after 7 days of delivery of keys or invoices. • Returns will not be provided if the key becomes non-functional due to reasons such as misuse, changes in the end-user's mobile software, or any external factors not under our control.
3. 3. Key Activation Policy
   The seller/financer who is purchasing the keys, purchases them according to his capacity and he understands that he can activate it within 45 days.Company will not be responsible for non-working keys used after 45 days due to software updates or compatibility issues.
4. 4. How to Request a Return:
   To request a return, please contact us at care@reptileemisecurity.com with the following information:
   4.1. Proof of purchase
   4.2. A detailed description of the issue
   4.3. Any relevant screenshots or documentation.
5. 5. Processing Returns
   5.1. Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
   5.2. Returns will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. 6. Changes to the Return Policy
   We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
